HOW TO OVERCOME STRESS

"To make a friend of yourself, a friend of your friend and a friend of your enemy",
is the first step how to overcome and prevent stress in term of BEST.

there are also ten stressors to be overcome and prevented.
Thus, the following emotions are to be borne in mind.

g. Seriousness or Serenity
h. Vitality
i. Fear or Anxiety
j. Will, volitional Motivation

  If a person is well balanced emotionally, all these ten emotions of BEST are potentially
latent and manifest constructively.

If he loses his balance respectively 'chi' in Traditional Chinese Medicine or 'prana' in Ayurvedic Medicine,
some of the above-mentioned emotions explode and are expressed destructively as stressors.

BEST will tell you how to overcome and prevent these stressors.


1. If you are depressed emotionally,
bodily you are 'lovely' and spiritually (subego) you are obsessed.
Get to know yourself on these levels
and practice reciting 'SALAM' (Peace) 99 times.
You will fell calm and happier within a few minutes
(Cf Puppet 1), Otherwise you will become a Yin Devil Complex (Kali).

2. If you are aggressive_emotionally,
bodily you are obsessed and spiritually (subego) you are lovely.
Get to know yourself on these three levels
and practice reciting 'RAHIM" (Compassion) 99 times.
You will feel calm and happier within a few minutes
(Cf Puppet 2), otherwise you will become a Yang Devil Complex (SHIVA).

3. If you are grievous emotionally,
bodily you are 'heavy' (serious) and spiritually 'hard like metal'
respectively vital.
You need more love and care and should practice reciting 'RAHMAN'
(Love, Benevolence) 99 times.
You will be less sensible, hurt and vulnerable within a few minutes
(Cf Puppet 3), otherwise you will become a Yin God Complex (VISHNU).

4. If you are joyous, exited, euphoric emotionally,
bodily you are 'hard like metal' (vital) and spiritually you are serious.
Get to know yourself on these there levels
and practice reciting 'RAHIM' (Compassion) 99 times
You will then feel calm and cooled down within a few minutes
(Cf Puppet 4). Otherwise you will become a Yang God Complex (KRISHNA).

5. If you are obsessed or possessive emotionally,
owing to your own loveliness by trusting people too easily emotionally,
bodily you are anxious and spiritually motivated, get to know yourself
on these three levels.
Practice reciting 'RAHIM' (Compassion) 99 times.
You will feel more concentrated and alert to prevent devilism to 'enter' you
(Cf Puppet 5). Otherwise you will become a Yin Vampire Complex (KAMA).

6. If you are obsessed or possessive emotionally,
bodily volatile or passionate and spiritually anxious,
get to know yourself on these three levels.
Practice reciting 'SALAM' (Peace) 99 times.
You will feel more frees and less obsessed after a few minutes

Yang Vampire Complex (GANESHA).

7. If you are serious emotionally,
bodily you are depressed and spritually aggressive.
Get to know yourself on these three levels.
Practice reciting 'RAHIM' (Compassion) 99 times.
You will feel less serious and 'lighter' after a few minutes
(Cf Puppet 7). Otherwise you will become a
Yin Nirvana Complex (RAMA) and
endangered by Yin God Complex (VISHNU).

8. If you are vital emotionally,
bodily you are aggressive and spiritually depressed.
Get to know yourself on these three levels.
You need more love and tender care to nourish your depressed soul (subego).
Therefore, practice reciting 'RAHMAN' (Love) 99 times
You will feel more soothed and gentler after a few minutes (Cf Puppet 8),
Otherwise you will become a Yang Nirvana Complex (ARJUNA)
and endangered by Yang God Complex (KRISHNA).

9. If you are anxious emotionally,
bodily you are grievous, melancholic or
sentimental and spritually joyous or excited like fire.
Get to know yourself on these levels.
Practice reciting 'SALAM' (Peace) 99 times.
You will then feel less anxious
and be more motivated and courageous after a few minutes
(Cf Puppet 9), otherwise you will become a
Yin Angel Complex (LAKSHMI)
endangered by Yang Devil Complex (SHIVA)

10. If you are motivated respectively volatile and demanding emotionally,
bodily you are excited and spiritually grievous.
Get to know yourself on these levels.
Practice reciting 'RAHMAN' (Love, Benevolence)
to allow more love and tender care to 'enter' you at least 99 times.
You will be less demanding and softer after a few minutes (Cf Puppet 10).
Otherwise you will become a Yang Angel Complex. (LALITA),
endangered by Yin Devil Complex (KALI).
